Our skilled mechanics are available for all types of repairs and services including:

• General repairs and maintenance
• Wheel building and truing
• Punctures, tyres and tubes (Usually on the spot)
• Repairs and serving to 3 speed hubs (Sturmey Archer & Shimano)
• Wheelchair wheels and tyres and tubes (Usually on the spot)
• Hard to find and unusual parts are never too hard to find (email requests)
• No request is too small

Morayfield Road Supercycles’ workshop fully GUARANTEES all repairs and services, and in most cases a SAME DAY return on most repairs.

Remove bottom bracket replace bearings and reinstall Remove sealed bottom bracket check and reinstall Remove chain, cassette or cluster and chainrings, degrease and clean thoroughly and reinstall Remove rear derailleur and check dropout clean and reinstall Adjust rear derailleur and lubricate cable or replace cable if required Remove front derailleur, clean and reinstall Adjust front derailleur lubricate cable or replace cable if required Tighten cranks Check and replace headset bearings Tighten stem and lubricate anchor bolts if required Tighten handlebars and lubricate anchor bolts if required Overhaul and replace front wheel bearings Overhaul and replace rear wheel bearings Check spoke tension on wheels Check and adjust front and rear cones Check quick release screws or tighten wheel nuts Tighten saddle and seat post and lubricate bolts if required Check brake pads Lubricate front brake cable and adjust front brake Lubricate rear brake cable and adjust rear brake Lubricate Gyro cables (replacement extra $15 per cable) Tighten brake levers Thoroughly clean frame, wheel, parts and accessories on bike Secure racks and accessories Inflate tyres to correct pressure

NOTE: A BASIC SERVICE does not include parts unless stated, the truing of wheels, the replacement of bearings (hub, headset, bottom bracket), repairs needed to service suspension forks or adjustments to hydraulic or disc brakes – customers will be notified if there any problems with these items and additional charges will apply.

NOTE: A FULL SERVICE does not include parts unless stated, truing of wheels, adjustments, other than minor to hydraulic or cable disc brakes, bleeding brakes, or repairs needed to service suspension of any kind – customers will be notified if there are any problems with these items and additional charges will apply
